Please login to your new account and request a new ship to address (even if it is the same address) by going to the My Account menu, chose Shipping Address, then click on the Request New Ship To button. Fill out the fields and upload your own tax exempt forms here. After reviewing and approving, our customer service department will update your status and notify you by email.
