Your email is not case sensitive; however, your password is. For example, password and PASSWORD are different. You must enter your password exactly as you have set it at.
Click the ‘login’ button in the top right corner of the webpage, from there click the ‘forgot password’ button. You will then be prompted to input an email address that will contain a link to create a new password. Click the link and create a new password for your account.
While logged in to your account, click the ‘my account’ button in the top right corner of the webpage. From there, select ‘change password’ button; follow the instructions and click ‘save’. You will receive an email to the address associated with your account confirming that your password has been changed.
You can change the shipping address for your order during the checkout process; however, this will not affect any of your saved shipping address. To create or modify a saved shipping address, contact customer service at 1-800-625-5679 or firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also make this request from your ‘MY ACCOUNT’, click on ‘Shipping Address’, then click on the orange ‘REQUEST NEW SHIP TO’ button and fill out the form. We will send you and email to confirm the change.
If you have an established account, you cannot change your bill-to address through the Mallory Safety & Supply website. To change it, you must contact customer service at 1-800-625-5679 or email@example.com.

The my shopping list feature allows you to group commonly purchased products into a list that can be easily added to your cart, reducing the time searching for products. This feature can be utilized by finding the commonly purchased product, then selecting the "add to shopping list" button located next to the "add to cart" button on the items lists and pages, or near the “remove” item box in your shopping cart.
If you are creating a new list, create a title for that list and the press enter key. If you are adding a product to an already existing list, select the list from the drop-down that appears.
To access your shopping list, first ensure that you are logged in to your account, then select the “my shopping lists” button at the top of the page, or use the "my account" drop-down located in the top right corner of the page and select "my shopping lists" and select the list you wish to see.
From the My Shopping Lists page, you can select or delete a list.Once a list is chosen, you can change the list name, add the entire list (or individual items from the list) to your cart, as well as delete items from you list.

After you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation instantly. Check your junk mail or spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation email. Within one business day of receiving your order confirmation, you will receive an order acknowledgment, letting you know that your order has been processed and has shipped/is ready to ship.

When looking at your cart, click the "save cart" button located in the blue bar at the top of the item list. You will then be prompted to name your cart. Input a name, then press "enter", and your cart will be saved.
To access your saved cart, first ensure that you are logged in to your account, then click on the "my account" dropdown tab located in the top right corner of the page. From there, click the "my saved cart" option and select the cart you wish to view.
When looking at your cart, click the "empty cart" button located just above the list of items in your cart. You will then see a window appear asking you if you are sure that you want to delete all items in your cart, click "OK". Your cart will then be cleared.
You will receive invoices via mail, e-mail, or fax, depending on how your company’s account is set up.
