DESCRIPTION
3M™ Scotchlok™ color coded female disconnect terminal attaches to the mating part with a tongue that slips over-the male tab. This terminal has a butted seam barrel which is covered by a funnel designed, seamless brass sleeve to guide the wire into position. The nylon-sleeve is abrasion-resistant, fully insulated and flared to allow a positive grip. Its stepped design offers mistake-proof crimping.
This terminal has a wire range of 22-18 AWG and has case quantities of 500 per case. The disconnects are attached to mating part by tongue of female part slipping over male tab. The use of dents and rolled edges on female part provides excellent holding force while allowing easy and quick disconnect.
