The nylon sleeve is flared with a stepped design to make it easier to insert the wires while providing accurate crimping every time. Its sleeve is also abrasion-resistant for added protection and provides positive grip while working. This terminal has a tongue that fits firmly over the female tab of the mating part for a secure hold. After crimping, the butted-seam barrel on the terminal creates an electrical contact point to ensure a solid connection. UL Listed, CSA Certified and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant, this male disconnect holds up in temperatures ranging from -40 to 221 deg F (-40 to 105 deg C).

This terminal has a wire range of 12-10 AWG and has case quantities of 500 per case. The disconnects are attached to mating part by tongue of female part slipping over male tab. The use of dents and rolled edges on female part provides excellent holding force while allowing easy and quick disconnect.
