The Speedglas™ 9100 high temperature outside protection plate is formulated from an engineered resin to resist higher heat applications. This is recommended for use in high amperage welding or conditions where long weld beads may generate radiant heat. The Speedglas™ 9100 scratch resistant outside protection plate is hardcoated and available for use in demanding environments to help resist scratching, abrasion and spark and spatter. This option is standard on all new 9100 helmet assemblies.
