The NMC RPT37 accident prevention tag is made of 15 mil vinyl for water and chemical resistance, and the front of the tag reads, "Emergency Shower & Eye Wash Test Record" followed by a blank grid for writing inspection data. The blank grid has four columns with headers that read "Date," "By," "Date," and "By," and continues on the back of tag. This tag has a tensile strength of 6,300 pounds per square inch to help resist unauthorized removal. It includes a 3/8" diameter hole and an 8" one-piece nylon cable tie for attachment. A note on both sides of the tag reads, "Inspect this unit carefully before signing inspection card" to help describe the purpose of the tag. It can be used to display the last inspection date and the inspection history for an emergency shower and eye wash station.
