The NMC RPT174 accident prevention tag is yellow and made of 15 mil vinyl for water and chemical resistance, has a black "Caution" logo on both sides for high visibility, and the front reads, "Do Not Operate," with two blank lined areas at the bottom labeled "Signed By" and "Date." This tag has a tensile strength of 6,300 pounds per square inch to help resist unauthorized removal. It includes a 3/8" diameter hole and an 8" one-piece nylon cable tie for attachment. The back of the tag reads, "Do Not Remove This Tag" followed by a blank area for customization, then "See Other Side." This tag provides a way to attach a customized warning to help improve safety when required.
