The starrett 66t, reading thickness gage with tapered leaves is used in automotivein, aviationin, diesel and farm equipment manufacture and services and also in jigin, fixturein, gauge and experimental work. Especially useful in adjusting tappetsin, spark plugsin, distributor pointsin, checking bearing clearances and gear playin, fitting pistonsin, rings and pins and gaging narrow slots. Includes 26 leaves ranging from 0.0015 to 0.025 in THK 26 tapered leavesin, 1/2-1/4 x 3 1/32 in, 0.0015 to 0.025 in range.
